The service has been excellent and Arthur has been an outstanding person to deal with during this purchase.
The diver is an incredible timepiece. Its accuracy is better than my Breiting and Tudor watches. This is an incredible value for the price and I would encourage anyone looking for a new timepiece to purchase the ARA diver.
I will look forward to future offerings from the Lupu's.
Sincerely
David

Again I have received an excellent Watch from ARA. This is the second Diver I have purchased. The first being ARA's earlier model. My most recent purchase was a new grey dial. Watch is running two seconds fast, and is awesome in every detail. I have been a frequent customer of ARA, and can attest to their service. I have purchased two Divers, a vintage watch, and one repair. I have ordered everything on their menu, and have never been dissatisfied. Awesome work. I can't figure out how you can deliver the quality of watch you do. For less than the price to clean a Rolex, ARA delivers you an actual watch that is near the quality, and absolutely the greater value. Oh, and by the way...my other ARA Diver Watch is three years old, and running fine. I wear it nearly daily, and the case and bracelet are worn, but it has been awesome in everyway. ARA is the real deal. I will comment more later as I settle into my new purchase.

Hi Suhail,
Most Bezel systems will have a little play and therefore you may be able to place it in the exact location you want it to be without that click......If there is no play and you can not properly place the arrow, I would have to see what kind of bezel system your watch uses to give you a better answer. There are a number of bezel systems out there and some are better than others. We have not had any problems like this with our ARA watches..and if we did we would correct it...Since you just ordered the watch, the manufacturer should stand by their product and offer to fix the problem...
Please contact them and let me know how that goes.
Cheers, Arthur Lupu

Arthur,
I recently ordered an Accutron dive watch. When I received it, I noticed that the arrow mark on the diver's bezel doesn't exactly line up with the 12 o'clock mark. It is off by half a click.
Can this problem be fixed by a watchmaker?
Suhail

Dear Mr. Lupu,
I want to go on record as being extremely grateful for the personal and competent way you run your business. Thus far, I am thoroughly satisfied with your ARA Diver watch. As nearly as I can determine, it has gained perhaps four seconds since I set it on April 21st of this year. That works out to an almost unbelieveable "drift" of less than .2 ( that's POINT TWO ) seconds per day. Even if that rate increases by a power of ten, this will still be the most accurate automatic watch I have ever owned ( including two watches with the ETA 2824-2 movement ). Your advertising rhetoric about buying from a watchmaker rather than a dealer is ABSOLUTELY TRUE. Attention to the adjustment and regulation of the watch's movement, makes all the difference. Add to this, a compliment on the watch's good looks from my beautiful and graceful Significant Other ( she is definitely NOT a "watch person" ) and my satisfaction with your ARA Diver watch is virtually complete.
Yours truly,
G. P. South Korea

Hey Arthur and Richard, I just want to share how much I LOVE the watch. It's truly perfect. I've been looking for watch I can wear every day and really just have forever for some time and the ARA Diver fits the bill in every way. You sized it perfectly. The dial is beautiful and it's keeping excellent time. Thank you for your exceptional product and superb customer service. I'll try to do a more complete review later, but I just want to say that it's a been a pleasure and you have another very happy customer. I look forward to wearing my diver many years to come.
Best, A. Q.

/ New ARA Men's Diver |

Just a quick note to say thank you. I received and set date/time on my new watch April 21st. Our students were taking mid-term exams this week, so I left the campus here in beautiful Yeosu and flew off to Seoul for a few days of gustatory indiscretion. While in the Big City ( metro area population 22 million ), I wore my ARA Diver constantly. Returning to Yeosu the evening of the 24th, I did a "quick and dirty" check of the watch's accuracy. After three days of (10 - 15 hours/day) wear, the watch appeared to have gained just under 3 seconds. Sounds too good to be true, so the preceding is given with the caveat that the watch hasn't really had time to "break in" yet, and the measurement was done in the midst of a personal holiday. I will write back when I have more experience with this watch. This having been said, it looks very promising so far! Excellent timepiece!

Arthur and Richard,
I have the diver! It's a beautiful watch. Very impressive! exactly what I was looking for after an internet quest. I was hoping for something special, and this watch certainly is.
And thanks for sizing the bracelet. It's perfect. not too tight and just a little play in the fit.
Thank you.
Steve

I took my grandmother's watch to my local jewelry store to have it worked on, as it was not keeping time at all. The watchmaker did an overhaul but was not able to completely get it working. It still loses time. Where can I send it to or who can I contact to get more knowledgable work done on this lovely watch?
